The university has announced that it will require about 1,000 incoming students to participate in “cultural competency training” this fall, at a cost ranging between $150,000 and $200,000, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.

Does this mean that University is paying $150-$200k to implement the . . . um . . . training? Or are they adding that amount to each students' tuition bill?

Considering it cost about 24 grand at most states schools around the country. They definitely added the costs of these nonsense programs to the tuition.
