If you see something, say something. Unless that person is Muslim. In which case you are racist, so best keep your mouth shut.
If you say something you are an islamaphobic racist.
Muslim is not a race.
If you see something, say something, but only if that person is a Caucasian or a Christian. If that person is Muslim, or possibly an illegal from Mexico, Central or South America, or Black, or LGBT or Democrat and you see something and/or say something, then you are a racist.
I see the same “walking on eggshells” with out-of-control black employees as well; nuts come in all shapes, sizes, and colors, but certain ones are exempt from repercussions for erratic, threatening behavior.
