I see the same “walking on eggshells” with out-of-control black employees as well; nuts come in all shapes, sizes, and colors, but certain ones are exempt from repercussions for erratic, threatening behavior.
I've been told by people who screen resumes that they will pretty much toss any resume with a "black" name, not because of any lack of qualifications, but because they're nearly impossible to fire, no matter how bad or disruptive they turn out to be as employees. Not defending the practice, but I do see it as an inevitable consequence of the "protected class" hypocrisy that has been created by the left.
