I've been told by people who screen resumes that they will pretty much toss any resume with a "black" name, not because of any lack of qualifications, but because they're nearly impossible to fire, no matter how bad or disruptive they turn out to be as employees. Not defending the practice, but I do see it as an inevitable consequence of the "protected class" hypocrisy that has been created by the left.
We’re rapidly approaching the point where lack of qualifications may be assumed as well (unfortunately); the complete absence of any education at all in urban areas has arrived, and qualified blacks usually don’t tag their children with those goofy faux-African names...
