The 400-foot tube wrapped around his home and kept the 27-inch flood water at bay, leaving Wagner (pictured) singing its praises while thanking God

But do you think he will be prosecuted for violating the Wild Rivers Act? He willfully disrupted the natural flow of a navigable waterway under the control of the Bureau of Land Management.
This is a Clear Violation of Federal Law and I bet he gets a Threatening Letter from the Feds. But I do Like it!!!
