Former Yale basketball captain Jack Montague has filed a lawsuit accusing the Ivy League university of wrongfully expelling him over a sexual assault allegation.
The suit filed Thursday in federal court in Connecticut names Yale as a defendant along with two university officials who were involved in processing the complaint against Montague.

sorry I got the author’s name wrong; I originally was gonna use NBC news bc it looked like only them, WP, NYT had stories on it (all liberal crap) and Breitbart didn’t have it, but then I found AP and forgot to delete “Alex Johnson.”
But anyway, I hope to someday send sons to college and not worry about girls’ revenge going too far.

SMU covered up for a homosexual frat boy from a good family that molested another guy in a parking garage. The frat boy was charged, but the DA made the case go away while the victim got run off campus.
I was referring to girls who lie about rape to get back at a guy or his friends over something, which does happen.
I was assaulted and beaten during an attempted rape by a senior non-comm while in the military. I decided not to seek charges because I knew who would suffer - me!
A girl or woman who would lie about rape can be recognized by others; those female types are liars about nearly everything. There is nothing wrong with being judgemental. It could save your life or your reputation.

There have been young men accused of rape who weren’t even in contact with their accusers.
That was not the case with Montague. He admits drunken sexual intercourse with the woman. She says it was forcible. Yale believed her and expelled him.
if there’s no rape kit, no police investigation, is “he said she said” acceptable, given that it could potentially ruin someone’s economic and social life (make getting a job impossible, because the student would also have to account for the time between high school and a menial job application at some time)?
I still hear nothing about lesbian rape on the UT campus in Austin, except that several female athletes were allowed to transfer with no loss of scholarships or to need to wait out a year.
Funny, ESPN not reporting on rape, except when it helps the agneda.
