Climate change has to be blamed. It is too late to blame Bush and too early to blame Trump.
Nature is going to do what nature is going to do. The key is, you have to man up and adjust to the changes. Human beings have been adjusting to environmental changes for thousands of years.
How come climate change or global warming is localized?
