Elizabeth Fauxcahontas Warren is constantly mentioned as a top choice for Hillary Clintons ticket as vice president, but few have bothered to examine whether she would be a disastrous for an already troubled candidate.
A Clinton-Warren ticket could actually make winning over the Democratic far-left harder for Clinton.
Some argue that Warren, a popular progressive, could boost Clintons appeal to former supporters of Bernie Sanders, but a closer examination suggests a Clinton-Warren ticket could actually make winning over the Democratic far-left much harder for Clinton.

Moreover, many Sanders supporters are angry at Warren for not endorsing him shocked that she didnt support a fellow radical progressive senator from New England and of the strong belief that an early endorsement from her could have handed Massachusetts to Sanders. Elizabeth Warren has Betrayed the Cause, read a headline from the left-wing CounterPunch magazine.
If the Clinton campaign thinks Warrens will bring the majority of Sanders supporters into the fold and turn the Democratic convention into a peaceful pow-wow, its in for an unpleasant surprise.

No smokum peace pipe?
Don’t be too sure that Faux is ‘done’ yet.
She may have declined to support Bernie, and decided instead to hitch her wagon to a candidate more likely to win the general vote. Do not underestimate the number of Dems, Progressives, Libertarians and Vichy-Rino-NeverTrumps who have no problem overlooking Crooked Hillary’s many faults.
Stickum with spear, fork is for lying forked tongue!
I would think that outside MA and maybe RI few Sanders boosters had even heard of Ms. Warren.
I’d bet almost anything that placing her on the ticket will never happen. That makes less than no sense.
[Was there another derogatory term for Warren besides Fauxcahontas? ]
You mean Lie-awatha?
I don’t know what would be considered derogatory about those names.
Certainly not as bad as her claiming an Indian heritage to steal someone’s place in college...
Would a pitchfork be ok?
I would guess that having two annoying, ultra-liberal feminists who have nothing but to play the women card would get old VERY fast!
Maybe the one that rhymes with Witch.
Yeah, but not in polite company.
We said the same thing about Obama. Barring an absolute miracle, the media and the election judges decide who will be president.
Isn’t that cultural apporpriation?
The aunt said there had been an Indian grandmother, but not to worry, she was the white folks kind of Indian. He was thrilled to learn that he was part Indian!
Give the Democrats two more cycles. We’ll look back fondly at the days when they ran candidates who were as right-wing as Bernie Sanders.
When talking about her to my friends I like to change things up to keep the conversation interesting.
Thanks.
