The Hispanic Bar Association is advocating an economic boycott of Trump companies....asserting "We can and will make a difference."

Of course, being Hispanic, these people have no knowledge of US law. But this action might place the lawyers and their organization in serious legal jeopardy.

The Hispanic lawyers' boycott is clearly intended as an expression of protest for purely political reasons.......involving the interests of the foreign country they swear allegiance to.

In the United States, the antiboycott provisions of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) apply to all "U.S. persons" (defined to include individuals and companies located in the United States and their foreign affiliates).

The antiboycott provisions are intended to prevent United States citizens and companies being used as instrumentalities of a foreign government's foreign policy.

These persons are subject to the law when their activities relate to the sale, purchase, or transfer of goods or services (including the sale of information) within the United States or between the United States and a foreign country. This covers exports and imports, financing, forwarding and shipping, and certain other transactions that may take place wholly offshore.....AND/OR ACROSS THE BORDER.

I think Trump is experiencing far more racism from the La Razans than the other way around. After all who's showing up at his rallies to intimidate, harass, and throw things at his supporters?

Are white people really racist if they don't want to have to work an extra day a week so a group of people can get "free" food, housing, healthcare, and college educations especially when they can't receive any of the same benefits because of reverse racism exhibited by minority social workers?

So who are the real racists here?

Thank you for that information, Liz. Great research, as always.

Sadly, I am not envisioning any investigations into this illegal activity.

a couple of observations...

to be “Latino/Latina” one would have to speak Latin...

do these people do so ???

Plus Latin was spoken by ancient ITALIANS, and not used as a common language any longer when Columbus, an ITALIAN first sailed the ocean blue in 1492..

Only Roman Catholic clergy still used the language and only in their religious rituals..

“the race” of that time spoke neither Latin nor Spanish...nor adhered to any cultural practice of either..

To be “Hispanic” one would have to be descendant from SPANISH ancestors...

Many of these illegal aliens have Aztec/Mayan forebears...

Even a criminal was reported to be descendant from Aztecs in an article the other day..truth in reporting...

The conquering “Hispanics” were WHITE men..most of “the race” are not..

do black Americans call themselves “white” as an ethnicity even if they are only 1/8 black ???

Obama for instance is more white than black but lo we have our first “black president”...not partially black but “black”..

Most of the members of “the race” are very short and look more Indian than European...hardly therefore “Hispanic” as the Spanish were much taller than the Central and South American tribes they “conquered”....

Do they know who their ancestors were to claim European forebears ???

Most cannot read their own histories nor understand anything as fundamental as eugenics..

They warred against the white man, the real “Hispanics”, 500 years ago as they warred against the white man today..

is it race envy ???

If the Aztecs of Mexico were so comfortable in their varying shades of brown skin would they not just live peacefully in the country that they adore with its high flying red, white and green flags ???

Why go to the trouble of attacking the same people they claim to share tones of pigment with ???

Does this not suggest an inclusion in “the race” for all white people ???

Does this not suggest that this group do not really know what they would be satisfied with or content to accept as completion of their ultimate task ???

IF the hispanic bar association wishes to prove they are NOT racist, then they should publicly announce, in truth, that they have hired an up-and-coming American lawyer of Vietnamese descent, preferably one that has history as emerging from a boat-people family!!!
