It is unfortunate that my comments have been misconstrued as a categorical attack against people of Mexican heritage. I am friends with and employ thousands of people of Mexican and Hispanic descent. The American justice system relies on fair and impartial judges. All judges should be held to that standard. I do not feel that ones heritage makes them incapable of being impartial, but, based on the rulings that I have received in the Trump University civil case, I feel justified in questioning whether I am receiving a fair trial.
Over the past few weeks, I have watched as the media has reported one inaccuracy after another concerning the ongoing litigation involving Trump University. There are several important facts the public should know and that the media has failed to report.

Trump is right.
Wasn’t Justice Sotomayor quoted as saying judges sometime do rule according to race? I see no problem with Trump questioning the race of the judge after he has laid out his plan for illegals and the wall. Is the judge above thinking “I’ll just let Trump spin in the wind for awhile”???
Absolutely, Trump is right. The “judge” is the grand dragon of La Raza-—(the race)-—the most racist organization since the KKK.
Any evil judge who believes in the racist tenants of La Raza—needs to be disbarred immediately.
Meanwhile, a couple of online sites are trying to determine if the judge is an anchor baby. Might be more interesting.
A jury of their peers cleared the officers in the Rodney King case. There was another trial, against the double jeopardy clause in the Constitution, and they purposely placed it in a court where they were guaranteed dark skins on the jury. Why? Because they wanted a guilty verdict. This is no different than what they are doing to Trump, he just has the testicles to call a spade a spade.
Is anyone else surprised that back on July 2, 2015, the Hispanic Nat’l Bar Assn., of whom Curiel is a “lifetime member”, called for their members to boycott all things Trump in a tirade of a presser repeatedly labeling Trump racist? And, in spite of talking heads trying to draw some sort of distinction between ‘good’ LaRaza and ‘bad’ LaRaza, I guess Curiel, who is also a member of the LaRaza Lawyers of San Diego, is a LaRaza person after all.
Meanwhile, the GOPe is trying to use the racism label on Trump’s comments about the judge to undermine his support. Some of these traitors are trying to get more Republicans to rescind their endorsements. That will not sit good for them.

Posted yesterday morning:
We should know better by now. Let me know if you are starting to see the pattern I am starting to see.
1A. Trump announces candidacy, makes comment about some illegal immigrants from Mexico being rapists and murderers.
1B. Media explodes.
1C. America learns about sanctuary cities and begins real discussion over political motivation of unchecked immigration and H1B Visas.
1D. Trump owns immigration issue and the people are on his side.
2A. Trump makes comments about McCain not necessarily being a hero. For 30 yrs, McCain was go-to military guy for Republicans.
2B. Media explodes.
2C. America learns Nixon pardoned McCain for violation of Code of Conduct by talking/co-operating with his captors. America learned McCain, during the 90s, stymied efforts of families of the missing POWs and we learned the founder of Rolling Thunder was so opposed to a McCain Presidency, he wrote an open letter calling on McCain to resign.
2D. Trump speaks about love and proper care of veterans. Trump owns the military issue.
3A. Trump makes comments after Paris bombing and San Bernadino shooting calling for TEMPORARY ban on Muslim immigration until we can figure out what the hell is going on.
3B. Media explodes.
3C. America, Europe, China, Japan, India, all begin serious examination of Muslim immigration. Hundreds of articles are written and polls taken. Conclusion = we have a problem. Governors begin to reject settlement of these immigrants. Jeh Johnson, head of Homeland Security, admits they cannot be vetted properly.
3D. Trump leads Clinton on issue of dealing with ISIS by double digits.
4A. Trump makes comments about NATO being old-fashioned, needs to be brought into current century, allies are riding on taxpayer backs and taking advantage of the USA, NATO need to include terrorism component as well.
4B. Media explodes. Foreign policy experts explode.
4C. America learns only 5 of 28 countries pay their bill and some countries have been in arrears on payments since 1971. The USA is paying for over 70% of NATO cost.
4D. Trumps foreign policy numbers go up and world leaders become nervous, according to Obama. Good. Today, NATO adds Intelligence Component to NATO.
5A. Trump makes comments about unimportant Judge Curiel in the Trump Univ case being Mexican and affiliated with La Raza.
5B. Media explodes.
5C. America wakes up to the communist/radical leanings of La Raza, which receives federal funds (30 million in CA alone). America learns La Raza promotes illegal immigration which many legal Latinos do not like. Is La Raza the lefts answer to controlling the hispanic community like the Dems run rough-shod over the black community? Is this the goal of the Dems?
5D. Could this be a Trump attempt to peel back the veil of intent about La Raza and cause Mexican-Americans to question the ultimate goals of this organization? In this way, Trump forces Hispanic voters to decide; Are they Mexican-Americans who riot in the streets for $15/hr and attack people OR are they peaceful people simply looking for a better life.
Is this also a way to expose the Laureate Case, whereby Hillary funneled 55 million in grants from State Dept and Bill walked away with 16.4 million in earnings (which were NOT reported for 5 years)?
Every time the media explodes, Im starting to watch Trump closely. The story unfolds over several days.
Trump must win.
In fact, EXCELLENT POST.
Well I love you cuz you’re so smart. +1
<—this, SteveH - spot on sir!~ ;D

...you’re a stand up guy Steve. Great, great post.
Thanks much.
You are my VP pick....
The Race Judge, he belongs to The Race, not La Raza, we should not help them hide their racism by using the Spanish.
The Race, not La Raza
Brilliantly stated.
