Well you’re right to be alert about anything Salem Communications, they are a nothing more than the propaganda arm of the GOPe.

But I think this particular article is from Human Events before it was absorbed by Salem Media, it’s from 2006.

The full article is more critical of La Raza and it’s racist nature than the excerpt leads you believe.

“The town where I grew up never had a reordered history of a murder from 1700’s until a few years ago - 2 hispanics male newcomers arguing over a woman.”

Not a surprise.

The high welfare use of illegals explains survey data showing strong majorities of voters in US immigrant communities supportive of big government.

THAT SUCKING SOUND YOU HEAR These cunning connivers establish several identities and suck at the public teat 24/7.

(a) One latino (who got caught) ripped off UI for some $3.4 MILLION using several identities.

(b) The Washington state rapist had 30 identities——collecting (and voting) many times over.

(c) Congress' funding the heinous Merida Initiative-—whereby Mexico collects millions in US tax dollars for their “drug problem”........a problem they created.

(d) Millions of tax dollars handed over to bloodthirsty La Raza-—which teaches violence and killing American in our schools.

===============================================

MEXICO FACILITATES BORDER CROSSINGS---PROLLY GETS A PERCENTAGE FOR LETTING THIRD WORLD PARASITES USE THEIR BORDER TO ENTER THE US Slobbering at the US public trough encouraged by Mexico. Read on.

===========================================

A sworn affidavit by Mexico’s consul general to a Texas court admits that Mexico’s official policy is to encourage its poor people to migrate here illegally in order to access the US’s generous welfare system......declaring that “Mexico is responsible to protect its nationals wherever they may be residing.”

EXCERPTED FROM OFFICIAL MEXICO AFFIDAVIT TO TEXAS COURT this explosive document filed in Texas by the government of Mexico adds fuel to the debate touched off by Donald Trump.....

THE MONEY QUOTE A footnote states that “Mexican nationality is granted to children born abroad of a Mexican born parent.” IOW, anchor babies born in the US retain their parents’ Mexican nationality.

A sworn affidavit by Mexico’s consul general admits that Mexico’s official policy is to encourage its poor people to migrate here illegally in order to access the US’s generous welfare system......declaring that “Mexico is responsible to protect its nationals wherever they may be residing,”

The Mexican consul’s sworn testimony asserts that “My responsibilities in this position include protecting the rights and promoting the interests of my fellow Mexican nationals” and “The main responsibility of consulates is to provide services, assistance, and protection to nationals abroad.”

Ergo, Mexico’s assertion of continuing jurisdiction over its “nationals abroad,” is inconsistent with any claim to automatic US citizenship merely by reason of birth on US soil.

=====================================================

MEXICO IS SLOBBERING AT THE US PUBLIC TROUGH The "impoverished" Mexicans here send BILLIONS of US tax dollars collected under multiple identities BACK to Mexico. The federales are getting a huge cut of that.

Trump tells Americans oil-rich Mexcio is ripping us off royally......and pocketing billions from deal after deal. This is in addition to US foreign aid to "help" them w/ their drug cartel problem.

http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2011/06/la_raza_taxpayer_support_boosted_by_wh_hiring_of_their_vp.html

Should anybody care when a radical left-wing special interest group gets a big boost in federally funded grants and contracts after one of its most visible leaders is appointed to a key White House job?

That’s exactly what happened after President Obama appointed Cecilia Munoz, the National Council of La Raza’s (NCLR) senior vice president, as his director of inter-governmental affairs, according to an investigation by Judicial Watch.

The inter-governmental affairs job is among the most powerful in a presidential administration in terms of its occupant being able to direct or influence the awarding of hundreds of billions of dollars in federal grants in aid and contracts.

Here’s how Judicial Watch describes the significance of the Munoz appointment:

“The influential and politically-connected National Council of La Raza (NCLR) has long benefitted from Uncle Sam’s largess but the group has made a killing since Obama hired its senior vice president (Cecilia Muñoz) in 2009 to be his director of intergovernmental affairs.

“Ignored by the mainstream media, Judicial Watch covered the appointment because the president issued a special ‘ethics waiver’ to bring Muñoz aboard since it violated his own lobbyist ban. At the pro illegal immigration NCLR, Muñoz supervised all legislative and advocacy activities on the state and local levels and she was heavily involved in the congressional immigration battles that took place in the George W. Bush Administration.

“She also brought in a steady flow of government cash that’s allowed the Washington D.C.-based group to expand nationwide and promote its leftist, open-borders agenda via a network of community organizations dedicated to serving Latinos. Among them are a variety of local groups that provide social services, housing counseling and farm worker assistance as well as publicly-funded charter schools that promote radical Chicano curriculums. Judicial Watch published a special report on this a few years ago.”

La Raza Studies do not even try to sugar-coat its anti-America agenda and its bloodthirsty plans to kill off Americans:

Raza Studies textbook “Occupied America,” by Rodolfo Acuña, includes a violent and blood-curdling speech given by university professor Jose Angel Gutierrez: “We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is, if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him,” (pg. 323). The following is taken directly from La Raza's Occupied America (pg. 167): “.......execute all white males over age 16,” (AKA the Plan of San Diego).

America-hating Raza Studies teach (1)inflicting violence on Americans , (2) undermining US ntl security, and, (3) the need for Mexico to "re-take seven states in the Southwest...in order to make the SW a Chicano nation. "

SCHOOL BOARD NUT CASE Adelita Grijalva is the woman on the Arizona school board pimping La Raza indoctrination programs in Tuscon schools. Adelita is all up in arms about Raza Studies getting tossed via the AZ state legislature's action...

....she is the daughter of Raul Grijalva (D-AZ-7) who was just narrowly re-elected to our US Congress. Cong Raul Grijalva is one of Mexico’s most productive and loyal Fifth Column in the US Congress....aiding and abetting the latino criminal underworld, colluding to take back the SW, and looting and pillaging the US treasury.

It’s racist. Hispanic is not a race, but it doesn’t matter. Racist means anything that is biased on account of ethnicity. It advocates the overthrow of the US government. It is as bad as BLM, nation of islam, and islam.

It’s an old article from 2006. I think Norwood was trying to appear neutral. But I agree with what you said.

OPEN THE BOOKS OF the Congressional Hispanic Caucus NOW

The La Raza/latino money grab is most assuredly being facilitated thru collusion and conspiracy by the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (C/H/C) to increase their political clout, and to jet-stream US foreign aid to their Third World masters.

US tax dollars are then laundered, then funnelled back as campaign donations to amnesty-worshippers' campaign coffers.

The close-mouthed Congressional Hispanic Caucus has been much too secretive about its role in financing, and, possibly using Congressional earmarks to finance the overthrow of the US govt.

================================================

SUBPOENA CELL PHONE RECORDS, COMPUTER DISKS, HARD DRIVES, WIRE-TRANSFERS to determine whether the Hispanic Caucus colluded w/ foreign govts to aid and abet the overthrow of the US govt.

===================================================

Taxpayers demand to know the scope and dimension of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus using government offices for illegal purposes.

Taxpayers demand to know if members of the Hispanic Caucus belong to and/or finance violent latino groups advocating the overthrow of the US govt.

=================================================

Taxpayers demand documents held by the Hispanic Caucus be scrutinized for possible falsification.

Falsifying Government Documents involves altering, changing, or modifying a document for the purpose of deception.......can also involve forgery and/or passing copies of false documents. Falsifying documents is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing terrorism........

Types of documents commonly falsified may include:
◾Tax returns and income statements
◾Personal checks
◾Bank account records
◾Business record keeping books
◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)
◾Identification cards and birth certificates

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting factual information such as prices or monetary amounts
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Concealing assets or property WRT obtaining federal/state grants))
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.
