They are doing that to find sugar daddies for the Welfarians; they need a taxpaying host to provide schooling, housing, and police/fire protection for the urban livestock that won’t lift a finger for their own maintenance. The racial angle is secondary.

My property taxes kept going up and I never saw that money again. The roads around my house were deteriorating, crime was going up and when I called HPD, I got a recorded message. I came to realize that my tax money was being used for the care and feeding of democrat voters.
