That is true. This is also why Obama and his thugs have initiated an assault on communities that are not “inclusive” enough. The Feds are aggressively importing minorities into low crime, predominately white areas. Even if the community is fulfilling its Section 8 quotas, it is never enough for Obama, Lynch, and their paid thugs.

They are doing that to find sugar daddies for the Welfarians; they need a taxpaying host to provide schooling, housing, and police/fire protection for the urban livestock that won’t lift a finger for their own maintenance. The racial angle is secondary.
