Donald Trump is turning to testimonials from former customers of his for-profit Trump University on Wednesday, as the presumptive Republican nominee faces renewed political scrutiny and ongoing litigation in separate cases.

A lot of it probably has to do with philosophy. Just like universities don’t guarantee a job for every graduate, not every Trump scholar is going to make out like a bandit. But somehow Trump is a chump while liberal-arts are smarts, or something like that.

Someone who has already read Trump’s books and says that is not my cup of tea, probably would not profit from Trump school either. And that’s fine. Not everybody OUGHT to think like Donald. There are bigger things than money in the world.

I don’t know. A lot of it from what I’ve heard and read was based on getting as many people to pay more by credit card for a speaker to tell them how great they can be. Amway has been doing this for years as well as many other “Get Rich Quick Schemes”. Sometimes, good people are dumb enough to fall for the game and they get soaked out of a ton of money. It’s the American way!

According to “LawNewz” the big San Diego law firm that is pushing a class action lawsuit against Trump University has paid the Clintons a total of $675,000 in speaking fees over the seven years of the Obama administration.

While Hillary should be worrying about defending herself against Bernie Sanders and securing the nomination, she is instead focusing on Donald Trump. The Clinton campaign released statements about their next plan of attack against the presumptive GOP nominee, where they will attack him about foreign policy.

reuters.com reports: Clinton, a former secretary of state, is to deliver what her campaign described as a major speech on Thursday in San Diego to underscore what she feels would be the threat posed by Trump to U.S. national security if he is elected president on Nov. 8.

The effort to define Trump as unfit to be commander-in-chief comes as Clinton faces fierce opposition from Sanders, a U.S. senator from Vermont who has insisted on staying in the fight for the Democratic presidential nomination despite Clinton’s nearly insurmountable lead.

A Clinton aide said Clinton, the wife of former President Bill Clinton, will say Trump has not outlined a coherent foreign policy doctrine and has proven himself to be temperamentally unfit to serve as president.

Republicans see weakness in Clinton’s foreign policy credentials as Obama’s first-term secretary of state, given festering foreign policy problems such as the Syrian civil war.

I think it would be worth it for Trump to just pay them off. They are also testifying that glowing testimonials were required as part of the Trump University system. They’re not worth the hard drive space they’re saved on.

He could, but he’s proving a point...Clinton was the one that did this and he’s showing he can beat her, which he can...

He said when this first came out, in one of his rallies, he could pay it off, but he wanted it to go to court, he knew what Clinton was doing then...

I’m behind him in this, and anything else he does...

I think it would be worth it for Trump to just pay them off.

My wife and I once paid off someone in a totally bogus lawsuit in order to save the legal costs and make them go away, and it really sucks doing that.

If we had had the money to fight that person we would have, but we didn't so we took the easy way out.

I can totally understand Trump wanting to fight it out... he can afford to, so he can fight for what he thinks is right.

This is a really bad strategy. Every time this case is brought up Hillary’s many crimes are brought to counter and she is much, much worse.

they can’t be paid off, this is a Hillary loving law firm that would merely exploit any such overture for political purposes....

btw, where are all the stories about the real fraud here, all the firms and cronies and dictators paying Hillary Clinton $225K a pop for a 20-30 min. vacuous appearance worth exactly warm spit.....

Shrillary has collected $20 million or more in just a few years as the ultimate influence peddling. No one is willing to attend her speeches for FREE (her events on the campaign trail get 50 ppl each??) but we are supposed to believe that her speeches are “worth” $225,000 ????? yeahhhh right

Harvard’s destroyed thousands of middle class kids... Turns out they fill the bottom of every class with hard working striving middle-class kids to BOOST the esteem of their elite students.

Check out Malcomb Gladwll for details: “David and Goliath: Underdogs, Misfits, and the Art of Battling Giants”

Trust me, the ‘elites’ at Harvard are horrible people... too bad ‘the press’ is too corrupt to look at THIS issue...
