Lawyers for senior Hillary Clinton aide Cheryl Mills, during a nearly five-hour deposition last week in Washington, repeatedly objected to questions about IT specialist Bryan Pagliano’s role in setting up the former secretary of state’s private server.
According to a transcript of the deposition with watchdog group Judicial Watch released on Tuesday, Mills attorney Beth Wilkinson – as well as Obama administration lawyers – objected to the line of questioning about Pagliano, who has emerged as a central figure in the FBI's ongoing criminal probe of Clinton's email practices.
“I'm going to instruct her not to answer. It's a legal question,” Wilkinson responded, when asked by Judicial Watch whether Pagliano was an “agent of the Clintons” when the server was set up.
This was a pattern repeated throughout the deposition by the seven lawyers for Mills -- including four attorneys representing the State and Justice departments, as well as her personal representatives.
Asked direct questions about when Mills spoke with Pagliano, Mills' lawyer also objected.
In other exchanges relating to the server's set-up, Mills said she did not know how to answer either.

He set up that server and owned it from day one. He knows where every back-up is, how it was patched, and most importantly what Hillary told him to do with it and any data on it.
I'm sure the Clinton hit machine is primed to destroy this guy...whether figurative or real.
This is the reason she hasn’t held a press conference in 6 months.

The Clintons are too late. Pagliano agreed to spill his guts in return for immunity. Now that the FBI has the facts from Pagliano they’re in the process of comparing the other aides’ testimony to Pagliano’s. The aides of been put in the position of either admitting guilt or lying. If they lie, the FBI has them. So they avoid answering.

These people have no business anywhere near an elected office. They poison everyone around them and then keep them alive to serve as though only the Clintons hold their antidote. Which in several high profile cases has been withheld until room temperature and embalming.
We have no idea what he said he would give up. He may still have lied to protect her with the promise of a pardon from Obama or one from Hillary if she wins.
They won't need to.
He's going to become despondent over his participation in the whole thing, and commit suicide.

Damn sad when every appointed one of Obama’s gets a hand full of attorneys and nothing is ever done, yet military types like Petraeus get the shaft for much less. Remember the damn civil service super grade who ran the IRS? Well she got full pay and you name it plus she is retired with full bennies now. Another bum, who clearly committed treason, named Bergdahl, has been given every break. The ones who sell us down the damn river and divulge our nation’s most classified data are treated with kid gloves. Any military non political appointee would be fried.

Yes he does-- any decent IT Administrator would know the skinny on such matters. In my line of work oftentimes we need the IT Administrator to set up a permission in the customers network to allow our software to be installed.
If Pagliano plays ball and stays quiet, there’s STILL some possibility that LATER he’d squeal, so we KNOW how the Clintons would keep THAT from happening.
His best chance for a long life is to SQUEAL LIKE HELL, *NOW*, and get really famous for it.
It is my view that MS MILLS was an integral part in committing these crimes . She will be indicted if I am right and tried by the Trump Justice department. She will be tried in northern New York . HA!
