I would add, tired of paying the high cost of college to be pushed aside as foreign workers fill corporate America in high paying tech jobs. Their cost of education? Visa, airfare and who knows the background, as many decieve on resumes.Americans are at such a disadvantage and pay a much higherprice of entry. Thanks for selling us out. Traitors need to be removed from office#

Bottom line. A lot of people including much of this FR community see that nothing is changing when we support ideological conservatives. There simply is not enough will, nor enough committed conservatives to produce a better result. It’s not simply a move to nationalism over conservatism. It’s that Trump as an individual is the only one that seems to have a shot at changing the direction. The system needs to be broken. Only one guy has the ability and will to do that right now. Even those who preferred a conservative stalwart like Cruz can see he could not break through and really shake up the system. Trump brings a command of the media that no one since Reagan brought to the table. He will nt be defined. This is a one of a kind situation and the only real option to avoid a Hillary catastrophe and continuation of the Obama slide towards collapse.

Yes. We have all been clamoring for this for years. Really, not to harp on Cruz, but had he not been in the race, this new conservative wing would have shifted much faster and more decisively than even occurred.

Cruz held the door open for these old-line conservatives.

“Much greater” is an understatement. One analysis I saw said 10-15 times greater-—enough to provide a real retirement.

I just want to SPIT when I see the word ‘Conservative’ attached to some RINO ... The Republican Establishment whether an elected politician or a pundit are nothing but aloof elitists who are so far from being a Conservative as to be on the moon ...

The Liberal/Leftist media loves to label the Republican Establishment Conservative - it is an act of disinformation to confuse the public...

WFB threw him out as editor in chief of National Review because of his stated preference for immigration restrictions.

I am elated to finally feel like we are entering an election season where the issues driving it are legitimate fed government issues like immigration, trade deals, military might, debt, taxation, America first, etc.

The uniparty has for far too long gotten away with distracting us with and dividing us on issues like gay marriage, abortion, etc., which are issues for the states to figure out.

With a little modification, this is an excellent description of what Trump has brought on during this primary!:

Working class American Nationalists Crush Conservative Policy Wonks/pundits/pajama boys, who have never worked!

“Admittedly, retirees receive far more in Social Security payments than their accumulated contributions could justify in purely investment terms.”
if the Social Security contributions, over the years, had been invested and not spent by the politicians, the amount received by each recipient would be much greater.
First off, the payroll tax is paid by the employee and matched by the employer. If the payroll tax nicks you for $75 out of a nominal $1000 (pretax) paycheck, know that your employer had to pony up $1075, not the $1000 you think of as your gross. So right off the bat, the payback figures to be double the nominal one.

The standard of prudent saving for the future was, “For every ten coins you put in your purse, withdraw but nine.” So here we have the federal government forcing us to “save” not 10% but 15% of our income, and invests it in “safe government bonds.” This would not be legal for a private entity to do, for the government bond is nothing other than an IOU. Fine, we deal in IOUs all the time - your bank statement is an IOU from the bank to you. The problem with the government “investing” money in its own IOUs is easily understood. Suppose I write an IOU for more money than I have - say, for $20 trillion. I am never going to have $20 trillion, but I can write an IOU from myself, to myself for even more money than that. If I write a $20 trillion IOU and carefully retain it in my own possession, the effect is a nullity. But if anyone else gets that IOU, I am bankrupt. The Social Security Trust Fund is an IOU from the government, to the government. The government cannot give that IOU to anyone else without destroying its own credit rating. Which is to say, without making all its debt - including all its circulating paper “money” - worthless.

The upshot is that the government forced you to "save” enough in Social Security for a comfortable retirement. But, irresponsible institution that it is, the government spent - not invested, spent - that money, and hides that fact in plain sight with the fiction it calls the Social Security “Trust Fund.”

“But the main truth here is that this invasion doesn’t come from outside. It is an invasion mainly of people who have been in the ranks of conservatism all along. It is understandable if most commentators haven’t fully grasped this, because the invasion is led by Donald Trump”

The correct title would be patriotic, middle class Trump supporters school sheltered, spoiled, globalist establishment.

Trump supporters are conservatives. Real conservatives. They are not the word twisting phonies who call themselves conservatives while they support the Washington establishment. Trump supporters are the people who make this country work. They are the people who do the difficult jobs and still love America.

The anti Trump people are parasites who hate America and demand something for nothing.

The “matching” amount paid out be the employer actually came from the employee’s wages. So the retires have had more stolen than they know.

Here’s what elite ‘policy wonks’ had to say about Obama in 2009...

“All in attendance for a dinner meeting with president Obama before he took office. :

Richard Lowry:“the only presidential candidate from either party about whom there is a palpable excitement”.

Charles Krauthammer: “Obama would be a president with the political intelligence of a Bill Clinton harnessed to the steely self-discipline of a Vladimir Putin”, who would “bestride the political stage as largely as did Reagan.”

Bill Kristol:“I look forward to Obama’s inauguration with a surprising degree of hope and good cheer.”

Larry Kudlow: “[Obama] loves to deal with both sides of the issue.” “He revels in the back and forth. And he wants to keep the dialogue going with conservatives.”

Indeed, it sounds like a joyful political love-fest amid the smitten beltway punditry in 2009.

So is it really a surprise to read or hear their current, and collective, opinion of the horribly unwashed pro-America vulgarian Trump?
