He was raised in church. Baptized, went through confirmation ( Jamacia Heights Presbyterian) and came home on weekends to attend church with his mother ( she insisted).
I believe the bible bears good witness that God will furnish sufficient grace to everyone that He foresees as accepting Him in the end. Again, some won’t. The possibility is a logical necessity in order for God to be a God of love rather than a puppet master of passing interest in what He has made then forgetting about it.
There have been published concerns about whether Trump asks God for forgiveness, but the more important thing is whether Trump would even accept forgiveness. Because that means dying to old sinful self as one comes to life in the Lord.
