When the acknowledgment of the love of God has vanished, perversions of human romance are what takes its place.
The answer to “gay” is gospel. Jesus pointed out that if the miracles (of salvation) that Israel had seen had occurred in Sodom, it would have repented (from its evil works). Now we have to keep the spiritual cart before the horse here. FIRST the belief (the repentance from not believing). THEN the behavioral consequences (the repentance from not obeying). Mixing these up, as if man could force entry into heaven by pitched efforts to behave well, is the source of no end of grief and confusion.
