Time to get rid of the Civil Rights Act. It is open to too much abuse.

Actually, it is a blatant violation of the Constitution.

This is not a new complaint either. The biggest scourge of Jim Crow wasn’t even private agencies who might easily have chosen to be race-blind out of principle — it was Democrat governments that sought to enforce race discrimination out of principle. It wasn’t the bus company that Rosa Parks was fighting. So why did the bus company and myriad other private entities need to be cracked down on, as though in order to do right in how it treated people, the government had to force everybody else?
