Who’s gonna trust Paul Ryno after being stabbed in the back?

Historically I like Paul Ryan, but Paul Ryan isn’t even the innovative Paul Ryan of 5 years ago. He’s Chamber of Commerce Paul Ryan. No new ideas, no reform, just gaping wide borders and compliance with the far left in order to ‘look reasonable’.

This is Trump’s Party for 2016. The status quo is not good enough. If he wins, he’ll shape a new direction. If he loses, it’s going to be an all out war for the following two years with the ‘I told you so’ Bush/Amnesty wing obnoxiously acting as if they would have won the White House, despite the actual history of the past decade.

Lou Dobbs tried to explain this to Rep. Steve King yesterday.

Scarborough is usually right.

One of the few pundits worth listening to.

This NEVER WAS Paul Ryan-Boehner's party.

And paulie, banging your shoes together three times and repeating some dumb ass lines won't really make it so.

It never was Paul Ryan's party. It was no one's party. Up for grabs. And Trump grabbed it.

The GOP was on a path to irrelevance anyway. Sure, they’ve been winning more elections on the state & local levels, but it doesn’t mean anything with the kind of power now concentrated at the national level.

The Progressive Left has basically won all the culture wars at this point. Guns are the last remnant of that to stand in their way. Hillary will of course bury the 2nd amendment once and for all if she were to win.

But then Trump emerges as a historical anomaly that wasn’t supposed to happen. If he wins, it’ll finally be a counterstrike against these inevitabilities and an opportunity to change course.

If he loses, the death of the GOP simply happens that much faster and everyone can admit that the writing is on the wall.

The progressives have outflanked us by seizing control of corporations and using them to advance their agenda. Trump seems the only hope of rolling them back on that front.

Wishes do not become real. The people rule—Trump has changed everything—the old playbook is trash—now there is a new playbook interduced by Trump.
