The significance of all this: While at the State Department, Pagliano allegedly provided tech support for Hillary Clinton’s non-State.gov email system.

This means somebody bought the classified info, and the clintonoids sold it to them.

And that particular “somebody” would have been a foreign government; who else would buy classified info, certainly not our own government, because it was already our own.

Last time I looked, selling classified info to foreign governments was considered espionage and treason.
