Frankly, I thin Trump is much closer to Reagan. If you compare the way the establishment treated Reagan and the way they're treating Trump, you can see my reasoning. Both of these gentlemen are/were hated by the establishment!

I don’t get Rush’s dislike except that his guy didn’t make it. Hey! How many of our candidates have bombed over all the years we’ve been on FR? I sucked it up and went out and voted for the R candidate. McCain/Romney. It doesn’t get harder than that, frankly.

Ted Cruz bears zero resemblance to Ronald Reagan. My guess is that Ronnie would have found him tedious.
That is why I turned him off and have no plans for turning him back on.

Rush is all talk and very frequently avoids taking any position that might be controversial. Trump is the kind of man he wishes he could be, and he resents him because of that. (Just my .02 armchair psychology.)
Where I used to listen to Flush Limbaugh 15 hours in a week this week I didn’t listen 20 minutes.

I know. He’s just so boring. We stopped listening years ago. His voice is no longer needed or wanted in this home.
