Judge Rosemary Collyer of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia issued an opinion today declaring that the Obama administration violated the Constitution by funding Obamacare subsidies for which Congress did not appropriate funds.
“Congress passes all federal laws in this country,” the judge wrote in her opinion in the case of U.S. House of Representatives v. Burwell.
“The Court will enter judgment in favor of the House of Representatives and enjoin the use of unappropriated monies to fund reimbursements due to insurers under Section 1402,” the judge said. …

Get money back and refund to taxpayers that ACTUALLY PAID taxes.
The community organizer thug from Chicago does not care about any ruling by a judge.
1. Roe V. Wade (a decision from hell) stated in essence that citizens are entitled to strict PRIVACY especially in "health care" matters "between the patient and the doctor," the government mining of all our health data is a breach of said privacy.
2. "Equal Protection" clause states that all citizens are to be treated equally under the law -- ACA excludes certain individuals by group, e.g. The Amish, The Legislative, Executive, and Judicial Branch, to name a few.
In 6 years (and the best is yet to come) MORE people are WITHOUT health care than when the law was passed.
Pffft.
What the Fourteenth Amendment actually states is that “(n)o state shall ... deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” That certainly does not mean that laws are to be altered for the sake of a twisted definition of equality.
And of course, RvW cannot make private any plots to murder human beings, but that is what it does in its mangled language.

SO WHAT? We have all found out through experience that neither the Republicans or Democrats will take ANY ACTION, legal or illegal, to correct ANYTHING that deals with MINORITY perceived rights at all. It’s the 3rd rail!
