"'They forced her to use all 10 fingers to unlock the phone. But it didn't unlock the phone,' said George G. Mgdesyan, the attorney who represented the couple."

Maybe they should have forced her to use all 10 toes too, and if that didn't work, her ear lobes, and when that failed, her butt cheeks.

Sarcasm

LOL! These FBI agents are idiots!

Once you've tried four failed fingerprint attempts, you have to use the passcode to unlock the device. Of course TEN didn't work! Apple assumes the person owning the finger IS the owner of the device and knows the passcode and TouchID is merely a quick means of access, not the only means of access.

Truth is if I don’t set my finger just right on the pad my phone won’t unlock. A little extra grease or water also corrupts.

Funniest line of the article. “It’s not my phone”

BWAHAHAHAHA

Interesting. Could be that its best from a privacy POV to stick to passcodes, or, get someone’s else’s fingerprint registered on the phone. My new phone, android, uses code or finger print. The mischievous part of me thinks using someone else’s finger print would sure frustrate law enforcement and waste a lot of resources getting useless warrants.
