A federal judge on Thursday ruled for House Republicans in their lawsuit against the Obama administration over ObamaCare.
In a major ruling, Judge Rosemary Collyer ruled that the administration does not have the power to spend money on "cost sharing reduction" payments to insurers without an appropriation from Congress. Collyer stayed her ruling so that the administration can appeal the decision.
Obama will merely re-characterize the payments via executive order as something else and bypass both the courts and congress. He could care less about what they say.
Why do we have a legislative branch? I forget.
Well, isn’t this sweet? We actually have at least one federal judge who thinks the constitution means what it say.

Exactly! the “legal system” is like a doctor who shows up and merely picks on the scab. NOTHING EVER GETS SETTLED! Judges get paid, prosecutors get paid, and lawyers get paid, and all they do is go to court and play musical chairs. And if you want to see this in spades, go to Probate Court. The deceased are the lucky ones not having to watch the government try to carve up what you’ve left behind!

If you really believe I’d want the Fraud to win at anything, you haven’t been paying attention and/or don’t have the patience or attention span to look through my posting history before asking such a ludicrous and condescending question that implies I have the choice of preferring a Hussein victory over a meaningless “win” for the Fraud’s adversaries.
At least one other respondent here has agreed with me. Are you carrying on the same conversation with him/her?
I wonder if Democrats will regret forcing the balance of power away from the Legislature and towards the Executive branch.
The same rules and precedents would apply if a Republican were in office. Only, Democrats might not like what a Republican president might do if given more power. But no doubt, they’d whine and complain because Democrats are hypocrites.
