That’s what I thought. No one wants to keep law-abiding business people out of the country - for short periods of time, of course. The Bin Laudens were business types as I recall.

Not in this case.

Giulliani was dead wrong to say that restricting muslim refugees from entering the country is a 1st Amendment issue.

Per existing law, a president can restrict the entry of any foreigner he wants, for whatever reason he wants, or for no reason at all. By definition, they have no protection or rights under our Constitution.
