(Mmmmm cheesecake blueberry muffin ....)
1$ package mix...I add 1/2 and 1/2 instead of milk, chunk of melted butter and lots of fresh blueberries It has those blue “chips” in it.
Easier than getting all the “stuff” out for the basic batter. Makes 6 nice big cupcake paper style muffins.
Put blueberries in warm water before adding them..so there is no gooey batter around them when muffin is golden color.
