1$ package mix...I add 1/2 and 1/2 instead of milk, chunk of melted butter and lots of fresh blueberries It has those blue “chips” in it.
Easier than getting all the “stuff” out for the basic batter. Makes 6 nice big cupcake paper style muffins.
Put blueberries in warm water before adding them..so there is no gooey batter around them when muffin is golden color.

I do what I can. I try to send in a few dollars every quarter (see “The 300”). I don’t use credit cards or checks and live quite a ways from town.

They paid my flight to Copenhagen. Mom and Dad sent me $60 a month. Sold Ormsby Kiwan Ella Madcap, my registered award winning Holstein heifer that I had won in an FFA speaking contest. Got $900 for her. Point of all this is: Best 2 1/2 years of my life up to that point. Danish beer, Danish girls, fabulous food and fine fresh ground coffee....I know what you're going to say....well there I've said it. I'm an apostate!
