A San Francisco police officer was arrested and suspended without pay Friday after a months-long investigation into allegations he made “false representations” on his Department of Motor Vehicles confidentiality form, authorities said.

Saqib Aslam, 29, of South San Francisco was charged with felony counts of filing a false document and perjury, officials in the district attorney’s office said.

Officer Albie Esparza, a police spokesman, said Aslam put down someone else’s information on a DMV INV 32 form.

An INV 32, according to the California DMV website, allows qualified persons, along with their spouses and children, to ask for “home address confidentiality on any DMV record for any vehicle, vessel, off-highway vehicle (OHV), driver license, or identification card, reflecting the qualified person's name.”

This fraud denies license plate number access to red light camera and speed camera enforcement bureaucracies and contractors, and they cannot obtain address information to deliver citations to the cop's buddies that he put into the system.

No tickee, no whopping 800 dollar fine!

“Saqib Aslam”, interesting name for a pig, even a “more equal than others” one.

Obvious case of religious persecution. His profit and holy book require him to deceive the infidels so as to hurt them in any way possible.

Has Saqib been learning to fly a plane? Specifically, just to take off...landing not so important?
