A very disturbing question that patriots need to ask concerning people facing a federal prison sentence is this. How many of these people broke a federal law based on powers which the states have never delegated to the feds expressly via the Constitution? Such people should not be having legal problems with the feds imo.

Otherwise, with the exception of PC medical operations, sex mutilation operations for example, which the feds shouldn’t be paying for imo, and major constitutional problems with Obamacare aside, I think that the feds do have the constitutional authority to pay for reasonable healthcare needs of bona-fide federal prisoners.

While I think Obama is a POS that has destroyed nearly everything he touches there is one thing you can say about him. If it wasn't for Democrats like him pushing to be too lenient on criminals the Republicans would have us all in jail for not voting for Cruz, just saying.

The war on drugs is a Republican mess and it's done a lot to erode personal freedoms in the United States from banking privacy, civil asset forfeiture, to the right to privacy in our homes and personal effects.
