Question 1 is a waste of taxpayer time and money and would only hamper legal gun transfers while doing nothing to prevent crime or protect public safety. Preserve the strides made in 2015 for gun owners and vote NO on Question 1 this November. Additionally, tell your family, friends and colleagues and get the word out so we can collectively defeat this already vetoed proposal.

So, that’s at least 3 NO votes we can count on in Nov. then. Have any thoughts on the “Tax and Regulate Marijuana” question #2? Uh, we’ve got a lot of brain addled folks runnin’ the streets now so I’m a NO on makin’ it recreational. But that’s just me. Or I could start a cultivation facility and make some big bucks.

We had better than average gun laws - not perfect but better than most - until 2014. Once the anti-gun initiative goton the ballot and was approved, it was all over. Now, we are no better than any other blue state.
Don’t fall for their propaganda, IOW, crap! Once these laws are on the books, you’ll never get rid of them and you can be certain more will follow.

All states have different laws, I fill out paperwork to transfer within families all the time.
Depending on the state, the will can be the transfer document.
