No one is pushing for war, just to support a nation that wants to simply defend itself against Russia. Congress has alotted aid for Ukraine to defend itself, Obama has refused to send it. He us protecting Russia.

Er, ah... for eight years, no Republican has had much of an influence in the state of the State Dept., or foreign policy.
Witness the almost total lack of support for the Iranian Nuclear deal among those with Rs after their names. But of course, there was that deal that squandered the Senate’s ability to vote up or down on a treaty, since it was not treated as one.
So, who is in charge? The warmongering NeoCons? Or the isolationist pacifist Leftists? Obama is hardly a NeoCon, yet we seem to be hurtling towards some kind of regional or world war because of his doctrine of weakness and ineptitude.
So were does Trump’s presumptive foreign policy take us? Why, down the road we are already goin down, I dare say.
