This VP thing in the face of a voter campaign he positively cannot win is just the final court decree of the insanity.

I like Cruz, but I agree with you: It was a dumb move.
Cruz’s campaign is indeed imploding. He needs to strike a deal with Trump that if he (Cruz) bows out, and Trump goes on to win the nomination and then the election, Cruz will be Trump’s first nominee for a Supreme Court vacancy. As much as I admire Cruz, he could best serve the country as a Supreme Court justice.
I only saw video of Carly signing to Ted’s daughters, did not hear her announcement as his VP pick or her comments at the event, but dear God!

At this point, with the lead of Trump, anyone who votes for Cruz or Kasich or any pundits pushing for any candidate other than trump is only asking to stop Trump and go for a brokered convention and thus are rallying behind the GOP E. Naming a VP has been done before. It didn’t help reagan, either. I suspect Fiorina pushed it, and it shows. She brings little, yet she appears to have taken over his campaign.
