The longer Cruz stays in, the better he makes Trump's case. Seems like something is trending big for Trump!

Here is the Gallup favorable unfavorable Gallup chart. Trump is up very big! 57% favorable amongst Republicans.

It was ridiculous to name a VP before gaining the nomination.

Ted is done. Because of the way he has run this campaign, he may be done permanently.

What is Trump's position on coal? Can he save West Virginia from the Obama plague?

Rafael can increase his net favorability by dropping out of the race right now.

Pairing up with iCarly was a major fail.

Time to put this campaign out of its misery.

It’s obvious that Cruz / Carly are uniting us, but we are just being stubborn.

Do they get to vote in WV or will Cruz win?

Cruz is a dying star. A white dwarf heading for a blackhole. That’s physics. It’s inevitable.

WSJ/Marist just released a poll this morning that has Trump +15 in Indiana. And normally this poll is not sympathetic to Trump.

Between IN (57), WV (34) and NJ (51), we are talking 142 delegates that will bring Trump's total to around 1,145.

Then you have MT (27), NM (24), SD (29), WA (44), OR (28) and NE (36).

If Trump just wins half of those (90), he'll be at 1,235 before CA (172) - just needing two delegates. I think Trump does much better than that in those states by the way. He should have this clinched even without counting CA.

A blowout victory in CA will put Trump well over 1,300 and approaching 1,400.

I have no idea what the Cruz campaign is thinking. Choosing Carly Fiorina is a disaster. Not only is it not classy to choose a VP when you are mathematically eliminated from a first ballot victory but he chose a person whose name is synonymous with laying off American workers and outsourcing their jobs overseas. Carly brings absolutely nothing to the table and can only hurt Cruz.

His botched attempt to coordinate the remaining states with Kasich in a desperate attempt to keep Trump for the 1,237 is also not sitting well.

Cruz is also out of touch with reality if he thinks he can cruise into the convention with maybe 600 delegates and somehow come up with the 600+ delegates he needs on a second ballot.

Cruz’s behavior and tactics in this campaign have been shocking. It’s amazing how many people (many FReepers) who were favorably disposed toward him months ago now find him repugnant. The end game will not be pretty. Watching Ted these last few days reminds me of the Norman Bates character in Psycho. It feels like Ted’s about to crack. I wish someone would intervene and talk some sense into him.

Yep. At some point, a losing candidate becomes irrelevant, and it is, right now, totally unimportant whether Cruz stays in or drops out. His moves have no impact on party unity (no matter what he does, he's going to be ignored), nothing to do with Trump's prospects going forward.

Meanwhile, Trump's ceiling is still 40%, bwahahahahahaha.

Trump is too much of a coward to debate him. We need another debate to finally finish Trump off! [ducking from freezers through in heavy objects and rotten foodstuffs.].

But wait!

We have been told since last year that $cruz is soaring and Trump is dropping like a rock in re favorability.

Didn’t the combo of $narly and $cruz secure the nomination for the smartest $inator in the history of America.
