Cruz is a Beta male who can’t stand for important issues until after Trump takes them and takes the arrows, as well. I have a message for all the CRUZERS. Your behavior and antics in the past couple of months, and the antics of your “savior”, Teddy, have made my decision about who to vote for easy.
If your guy is the nominee for the Republican Party (which is unlikely), he WILL lose in November, and YOU WILL OWN IT. Because I cannot vote for that statist socialist, parasitic, steaming pile of obama, Ted Cruz.

I plan to vote for Trump in November, but I don’t understand the animosity between supporters of Trump and Cruz. Both are miles ahead of Romney or McCain, and there’s a lot that needs to be fixed in this country, including at least one SC seat to be filled by the next president. I’d happily cast my vote for either man in the general.
The animosity is due to the divisive campaign of Rafael “Ted” Cruz. His there are 99 dirt bags and one Saint Ted in the Senate “principled conservative” routine has done great damage to the GOP. Rand nailed him on this in the last debate when you basically called Cruz a fraud.
Trump will not be a Reagan but I believe he’ll be much more conservative than a Nixon and probably more conservative than Cruz (who got awfully comfortable mighty fast defending Black Lives Matter protestors, got cozy with the GOPe types, and plays too much of an unguided missile with Glenn Beck antics on the border and elsewhere).

It cuts both ways. Some Cruz supporters were pretty vile against Trump. I sense you probably were against him back in May before he even ran. People that were staunch Cruz people never gave him a chance. I don’t doubt the most hardcore #Never Trump persons are having a tough time now.
