(Story from April 16.) The Clintons and their family foundation have at least five shell companies registered to the address 1209 North Orange Street in Wilmington, Delaware — which is also home to some 280,000 other companies who use the location to take advantage of the state's low taxes, limited disclosure requirements, and other business incentives.
Two of the five are tied to Bill and Hillary Clinton specifically. One, WJC, LLC, is used by the former president to collect his consulting fees. The other, ZFS Holdings, LLC, was used by the former secretary of state to process her $5.5 million book advance from Simon & Schuster. Three additional shell companies belong to the Clinton Foundation.
There is nothing illegal about the Clintons' decision to take advantage of Delaware's tax laws. However, on the campaign trail last week, Hillary Clinton criticized the "super-rich" who use "outrageous tax havens and loopholes" to pay fewer taxes. She pledged that, as president, she would "shut down the so-called private tax system for the mega-wealthy," including legal tax avoidance activities, in order to "make sure that everyone pays their fair share here in America." The author of this article is ignorant of taxes. Incorporating in Delaware is not a tax dodge. Corps are still taxed wherever they have nexus. Delaware is a place many companies choose as their home but not for tax reasons.

The Clintons are using a Hell of a lot more than five shell companies to avoid taxes. When it comes to paying taxes, I am sure they have completely crossed the line into illegality and abuse. They are typical Dems. They are corrupt to the core and go to illegal extremes to avoid paying taxes. That is why they think that the rich don’t pay their “fair share” of taxes — because they sure as Hell don’t.
The difference between Obama and Hillary:
Obama is a weed-head whose goal is to seize power, take our hard earned money and redistribute it to moochers.
Hillary Clinton is a greed-head whose goal is to seize power, take our hard earned money and redistribute it to herself.
She doesn’t consider herself one of the “mega-wealthy’, so it doesn’t apply to her.

The reasons for incorporating in DE are legal ones. It doesn't save tax money with the possible exception of public companies. Public companies with a large number of outstanding shares have to pay a fee based on those shares. DE has the lowest cost. If you are going to attack on an issue against the Clinton's this isn't it.

Oh good grief! The Wilmington Delaware address is the address of an “Agency”. If you have a corporate registration in the low franchise tax state of Delaware (as do most public companies) then you must also maintain a Delaware address. That is this Wilmington Delaware company’s business, providing a local address without having to maintain an actual working office.

Exactly and the author doesn’t know squat about corporate taxation.
I don’t know of many corporations or LLC’s of any substantial size that are not incorporated in Delaware. I also read that most of Trump’s companies are incorporated in Delaware. I don’t find that to be any big deal. He would be stupid to do otherwise.
leaving aside all the $$$$$$millions and millions of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ they’ve allegedly stole or taken as bribes for govt favors,
did they pay taxes on the furniture they reportedly stole from the White House?
