Oh good grief! The Wilmington Delaware address is the address of an “Agency”. If you have a corporate registration in the low franchise tax state of Delaware (as do most public companies) then you must also maintain a Delaware address. That is this Wilmington Delaware company’s business, providing a local address without having to maintain an actual working office.

This author is an a$$.

Corps are still taxed wherever they have nexus. Delaware is a place many companies choose as their home but not for tax reasons.

Exactly and the author doesn’t know squat about corporate taxation.

I don’t know of many corporations or LLC’s of any substantial size that are not incorporated in Delaware. I also read that most of Trump’s companies are incorporated in Delaware. I don’t find that to be any big deal. He would be stupid to do otherwise.
