Christian Conservative speaks out against Ted Cruz

I find Ted Cruz dishonest and manipulative in this race. His Christian roots untraceable and his rhetoric unstable. Donald Trump may not always meet the mark as politically correct conservative but he owns his beliefs unlike Cruz that speaks what he doesn't seem to live. His wife drinks, they do not tithe, he has questionable relationships with young women he works with, he claims to all of us in Texas to be committed to representing Texas and fighting for our voice in Washington just to decide he was not called to be a senator but President in the middle of the job and leaves his post to run for another office leaving us voiceless and the job he committed to do unmanned.

God has historically used men and women that the people would not have necessarily have chosen to represent him. We have spent the last 18 months or so in prayer around the country in prayer groups praying for Gods man, Mr. Trump is that man, get on or get out of the way but God will have a man and we will be restored with or without your approval. Ted Cruz has a job he needs to get back to it and allow those that have been called to areas he is not get to theirs and stop all this strife in the body.

Once again you have taken a very reasonable and responsible position. The problem with the all or nothing approach being advocated by some is that you are going to get nothing rather than get the easy 93% of abortions for which their was no excuse other than personal irresponsibility and laziness.

Thank you!

I don't want to give up on the 80% or 90% of babies now being aborted, whose lives could be prevented if their mothers could be taught to value life and be responsible, just because getting that 100% solution is not, and may never be, possible.

In a nation of 330 million, you (maybe) found one person who doesn’t like Cruz.

Well, my Mom makes at least 2.

Back when the FL primary was coming, I tried to get my Mom to vote for Cruz, because I knew she wasn't ready for Trump, and Cruz was still a viable choice for both of us at that point.

She voted for local boy Rubio instead...

Now, fast forward to the present, my Mom has seen enough of Ted Cruz whereby she dislikes him more and more, and she's ready to support Donald Trump.

Whatever Trump's foibles might be, Ted Cruz is making a far worse impression.

And Mom knows that the GOPe being involved in a contested convention is the absolute worst outcome for the party and the country.

GOP voters have spoken, and they want the nominee to be Donald Trump. That will be confirmed tonight.

After tonight, it will become clear that Trump has dominated both the North and South. There's really nothing else to be said. Trump will secure those 1,237 delegates one way or another. At this point, the Media is simply trying to perpetuate the GOPe's "contested convention" fantasy to get ratings, even though the scenario isn't going to materialize.

Vote Trump

Interesting that this thread chugs right along when I just posted the following article by Thomas Sowell that got pulled by Jim Robinson within about 20 minutes because it’s “flame bait.”

Conservatives for Trump? - http://www.jewishworldreview.com/cols/sowell1.asp

Guess I was being divisive.
