One thing is certain: if the roles had been reversed, and a Jewish student had asked a Muslim politician why she was so “smelly,” that student would no longer be at Harvard, and would be subjected to international opprobrium, while stories on “Islamophobia” would be blanketing the airwaves and filling mainstream media publications.

The name of the Harvard student who asked a visiting Israeli politician why she was “so smelly” has been revealed. The student is a leader in Harvard’s Arab community with a history of anti-Israeli activism. Not only that, but he’s also a man looking for a job, making his public stunt look like an incredibly bad idea.
Last week, Husam El-Qoulaq rudely disrupted a panel featuring Israeli politician Tzipi Livni to ask her why she was “so smelly.”
“I’m question (sic) about the odor of Tzipi Livni, very smelly, and I was just wondering,” El-Qoulaq said to a confused panel.
Despite his remarks being very public, it took nearly a week before El-Qoulaq’s statements attracted wider notice, with several Jewish media outlets expressing outrage at the stunt on Wednesday. Harvard Law School Dean Martha Minow strongly condemned the behavior in a school-wide email. El-Qoulaq issued an apology as well, claiming he was unaware that assigning a pungent odor to Jewish people has long been a part of anti-Semitic propaganda. El-Qoulaq suggested that he was just trying to make a rude personal attack on Livni rather than an attack on all Jews in general.
But despite the fact that the “smelly” question was made at a very public event with numerous eyewitnesses, Harvard and others have tried very hard to suppress El-Qoulaq’s identity. His name wasn’t included in Minow’s email condemnation, it wasn’t added to his apology in the Harvard Law Record (despite his invitation to have offended Harvard students reach out to him), and a video recording of the event was even censored to take out his question, thereby preventing it from aiding in his identification….
The real question he should ask is, “What am I doing at Harvard?” Isn’t that against his religion or something?

Way back in the day when I worked in a restaurant that hired several Muslims, they each one had horrific body odor.
I guess it doesn’t matter to the author that Tzipi Livni is the Minister of Justice for the State of Israel. Both the jihadi and and the author should be deported. One because he’s a jihadi and the other because hes too stupidly PC.

My dad was assigned to serve as the adjutant to Major O.W. Littlefield, who was the commanding officer of HQ Squadron PS 8N Santa Ana Army Air Base. He was a Sargent Major. I have a photograph taken on November 18, 1943 of the whole squadron at that time. His father served in the Spanish American war and his grandfather served in the Union army in the Civil War. Every friend of my father whom I met also served in WWII. And they all were of the same patriotic mindset. God first, Country second, family next, foreigners last...........
Harvard should be expelling Husam El-Qoulaq. Instead they refuse to name him, they suppress the actual video of the event and delete posts in the comment section of The Harvard Law Record if he is named.

My Dad was sixteen when WW2 was ending. If it had gone on another year I suppose he’d have been drafted or enlisted. My great-great grandfather served with The Army of The Potomac during The Civil War. My late grandfather was a WW1 veteran. He served with a unit that shot poison gas. He never talked about it with us kids. A number of my uncles, all passed away now served in the ETO and in the Navy in the Pacific during WW2. One served in the 84th. Inf. Div. in Europe. He was wounded but made it home alive. I also had an uncle who was a combat engineer who served with Patton’s Third Army. Another served as as a gunners mate on the U.S.S Sante Fe. Another spent the war as a Naval Intelligence officer in the Panama Canal Zone.
Oh heck if it was tZippi Lippi who cares? She probably did smell.
