AFAIK he is being `administratively separated’ which is used mainly for druggies. If it’s a Qualitative Retention Board without a paper trail of counseling statements or negative NCOERs, then it’s d@mned underhanded & sneaky on the Army’s part.
Trump should hire him immediately.
