Cruz has been mathematically eliminated, his support will now tank.

Megyn and Mark are deeply saddened.

Trump needs to drive that message until Cruz drops out. Cruz is mathematically eliminated and a vote for him is a wasted. Vote.

His supporters are fanatical, they don't care about anything but seeing Cruz nominated.

I'm now viewing Kasich as taking votes away from Cruz more than away from Trump.

The remaining states will tell the story.

I think Trump will get the 1237.

And if Cruz stays in, he’s simply a spoiler to attempt to deny Trump the 1237. If Cruz dropped out and joined the fight, my opinion of him would turn 180 degrees and he would have a career after the election is over.

But I don’t think he will back down because he’s just another ambitious career politician who doesn’t have the sense to realize he is being used by the GOP. He will be tossed aside when the deed is done or they will hand him the nomination and covertly support Hillary for the win.

Question #1: Where do the #NeverTump guys go from here?

Question #2: Are voting for Hillary/Sanders, 3rd party, staying home or do they reconsider?

Question #3: Is it still in the best Interest of Ted Cruz win delegates though parliamentary maneuvering or would gain political capital by being a gracious loser?

I’m not saying he has to endorse Trump or even drop out but maybe not work so hard.

Question #4: Do donations to Ted Cruz dry up?

Evidently Kasich is getting money from somewhere

I noticed that Trump doesn’t seem to be attacking Kasich. Maybe Kasich is part of the plan?

The entire GOP apparatus is helping Cruz, I think they will keep his sorry globalist butt in the race to the end. Remember, they have Rubio’s delegates to play with if there are additional ballots.

Of course Kasich is part of the plan. It makes no sense that he was staying in except to prevent Cruz from gaining more votes.

We finally have a true conservative to vote for, and Republicans go for a carnival barker. tRump never even mentions things like—reducing the size of government, a balanced budget amendment, federalism and the tenth amendment, liberty, or traditional marriage and the family.

Cruz had all last summer and fall to be where Trump was.

He decided to disappear. Trump stood up and took on the big issues fearlessly. He earned his support and respect, and actually put a spine in peoples backs for once.

That support is non-transferable months later just because Ted thinks he is entitled to it because of his ideological purity score.

If Trump has to he will ask Karsick to be his VP... to get his delegates and Ohio.

Coulda been Trump/Cruz

Cruz chose poorly.

The GOPee will love Trump/Karsick because they could impeach Trump and get Karsick.... if they thought it was needed.

With Trump/Cruz they would NEVER impeach Trump and would be on their knees every day praying for Trump's good health.
