There are probably some upset people in DC tonight.

Here’s the actual brief:

http://montgomeryblairsibley.com/library/Clerk2a.pdf

This is an old case. The lady is dead and no one is going to be indicted. It should be made public.

This is a request to be allowed to release the names of DC Madam’s clients that have been held back due to a 2007 court order.

What is described is standard operating procedure at the Supreme Court. If one Justice denies a petition it is resubmitted to a second judge who can either act on it or refer it to the full Court to see if any other Justice is interested.
The fact that Justice Thomas did not act does not bode well.

Oh, great. All we need now is a shit-show from the hookers.

I don’t know who I will vote for in the Presidential race, but I am voting against everyone else on the slate. If they are in, vote them out.

Too many judges, and the lawyers that SECRETLY
appoint them, on the List.

It must NEVER come out.

Good. I might finally get to use the tar and feathers I've been gathering up.

That MY PILLOW guy has been making it difficult to get feathers though.

Should be ready by convention time.

Lotta tar and feathering to do by then by cracky.

Jedi.

There’s a lot of important things to deal with in this country, this ain’t one of them.

Actually Sibley has said he’ll release the names anyway, but he wanted to try to get permission first. If he gets charged with a crime for doing so I’m sure it would be a few hours work to raise plenty of money for his defense.

It is a big deal when people in power are blackmailed.

The DC Madam said she would never commit suicide at least three times. Her death was ruled a suicide even though there were bruises on her body.

Ask Petraeus if having a Mistress is a big deal. I think he was being blackmailed to go along with the Benghazi coverup. He was eventually outed, but then the Obama admin gave his wife a high salaried job to keep him in line again.

You can ask Dennis Hastert about being blackmailed.

He should take a vacation to St Petersburg, or Moscow. Then release away. Watch fireworks on TV. IF he has a true bombshell in there.

You’re right , that’s a much bigger deal than the rise of ISIS, a caliphate in the middle east, the destruction of Europe by Islamists, an abject communist destroying the US, an unfettered Federal reserve destroying capitalism, a pending world economic collapse, and about a million other real problems we need to deal with.

Politicians will always do stupid things to get blackmailed over, it’s been going on since the dawn of time, just like prostitution.

Libido Dominandi......Ask Justice Roberts if he was blackmailed. You can bet Dennis Hastert and the boy rapers are. The Franklin Cover-up was a CIA run boy-sex ring right under Daddy Bushes nose (ex-CIA director-—Hmmmmm)

Those names (Lucifereans/Secret Society creeps) were NEVER released-—the politicians/lawyers/judges/super-elites. Actually, the man and his young son who had the list of satanists were killed in a small plane “explosion” and the briefcase with all the photos/names just disappeared. Funny-—how the CIA can kill and cover-up and bribe everyone. 60 minutes even cancelled showing the documentary (CIA/White House—someone very powerful had to threatened them). They erased it from the TV guide, even-—just like Orwell’s 1984.

The corruption is actually the norm-—even Teedie Roosevelt had his hands full of exposing all the corruption, bribes, party control of picking candidates, corrupt judges, etc. . They had the muckrakers (McClure) though, who were honest reporters, hard-hitting courageous, righteous ones like Ida Tarbell, Ken Baker, Lincoln Steffens, etc.

We have no “free” MSM now. Our information is mostly controlled except for very FEW outlets and people on the internet. Powerful corporations run America now, and control our judges/courts/politicians and press so they can repeat the lies and they become the “truth”.

We need Truth again in the public square, like in Roosevelt’s era, prior to Wilson-—before JP Morgan bought up all major APs. Truth has been banned by the MSM and from our “Justice” System where irrational, lies and unjust law are promoted 24/7.

General was persecuted for pillow talk and became relevant. Equal justice under law? We will see.

It is Montgomery Blair Sibley, former lawyer for the D.C. Madam, Deborah Palfrey who is trying to publish the black book of the 15,000 pages of phone records and calls to clients, as well as their calls requesting the $300-an-hour sex services. So far, the U.S. Supreme Court has denied his effort to publish the book. However, the ruling is being appealed. The National Enquirer has reported that Sibley has told them he knows about Cruz being on the list.

If see Sibley is hurting for money, I bet he’s going to sell the list to The National Enquirer. They could drip it out in sections and sell their scandal sheets for months.

I hadn’t thought about that. You’re right!

One thing for sure, he better be careful. I know he says he has a dead man’s switch on the Internet to publish if something happens to him, but TPTB may come after him anyway.

Maybe we would not have had the rise of ISIS if politicians and powerful people couldn’t be blackmailed. The rise of ISIS didn’t happen overnight. But was helped by those who stayed quiet about what was going on.
