One could easily carpet bomb a city, a lot less easily a group of roving, sneaking cowards. If ISIS/Daesh was a country with borders that only sat put, it would have been knocked out long ago. Instead it mixes with confused societies who do not comprehend the danger.
You aren’t going to find any army in the world who’s willing to carpet bomb that. Nor should they. This needs guerrilla warfare.
Are you really saying Raqqa (sp?) shouldn’t be carpet-bombed?
Hyperbole slips out of my mouth quite often when I hear things like nuns being tied to trees, shot and their heads bashed in.
Another favorite of mine is the old saying...."turn it into a parking lot and let God sort it out."
I really don't care if my language is "appropriate" or "feasible" right now.
