Trump holds 45% of the delegates with only 37% of the vote, but then you like those rules.

Everyone who cared to could vote in Colorado. Did everyone who could vote vote to give Trump 45%? If not, are those results invalid?

I’m more convinced Trump planned it. Many people in Colorado was very angry at what the GOP did with the rules last year. Here’s what the former CO GOP chair said;

Former CO GOP Chair: Message We’re Sending Is “Your Vote Doesn’t Matter

And here’s the perception;

Colorado GOP has lost the perception battle, big time. That cat will never be put back in the bag.

Trump knew all about the rules - he said so in this press conference yesterday.

The worst thing to do in a war is underestimate your enemy - that gives the enemy a HUGE advantage. Trump is perfectly capable of the strategic thinking required to analyze and execute exactly what is happening in the fallout of the CO fiasco. Bet on it. People don’t get here;

And signing 22k paychecks on the front with out serious stragetic thinking skills.

As I said, I find it more than far-fetched that Trump would throw away so many delegates for an issue to whine about and even more implausible that Trump would plan that far ahead.

But let me grant you your point, assume Trump knew of the rules but also knew he would lose and therefore consciously and deliberately failed to compete when the opportunity was open for him to compete. He then lied about voters being victimized and disenfranchised. To compound his corruption he sent his surrogate out on national television to lie about "Gestapo tactics."

I can only assume that if you believe that about Donald Trump's behavior, you are prepared to abandon support for Donald Trump and switch to Ted Cruz because it is Donald Trump who disenfranchised voters in Colorado with this scam, not Ted Cruz. It is Donald Trump who is lying to the nation and he is doing it deliberately about a contrived complaint. For a cheap propaganda advantage he is undermining the process and bringing the Republican Party into disrepute so that it is weakened in the general election making a victory for Hillary Clinton and a disaster for the nation more likely.

Nothing could be more deceitful and I cannot believe you would countenance this level of serial deceits in a candidate whom you support.
