I always suspected she stood down on Ben Gahzi because she did not want to anger future potential donators or mafias.

When you swipe a computer clean that had classified emails on it, then you have transgressed the law and you should be arrested and tried and found guilty and put in the pokey.
Or else we need to think about pardoning Julius and Ethyl Rosenberg.

Just what the media has been saying: that it’s just about mismanagement of emails.

Well, then, I guess you could excuse Judas for being careless in managing his discipleship.

Hillary continues to literally laugh-it-off, but here Obama is addressing it head-on. Hmmmm.... Is the ice beginning to break?

Ambassador Stevens would like to talk to Obama about Hillary’s carelessness, but he can’t.
Because he’s dead.
He died because of Hillary’s carelessness.

She was careless, she was very deliberate and had been warned not to do this. This nation was put in grave jeopardy. If it is difficult to manage, then you know it is being done right, protection requires work. How dare he say she did not cause any harm to the nation. He has absolutely no idea.
This is also self-serving, because he is part of the same negligent activity. His people knew of this and are complicit, therefore any answer he gives is tainted. You see Wallace didn’t ask him that.
Hillary wanted to hide emails from the public, that is why she did this, and they cannot even be honest about that.

Like the gal in Iowa who drives a brand-new Mercedes, with HRC2016 on the license plate!!!
It would be very hard for me to walk past that car without keying it...

I bet they fine her as much as they did her previous chief of staff caught stealing and destroying top 911 docs DURING the 911 hearings.
Please santa, tell me again how the gop is gonna save us again.

You're right. Hillary and company attempted to cover up and obstruct by deleting the hard drive. I believe the FBI has put together a solid case against Hillary and her aides.
This is Obozo’s attempt to marginalize the investigations findings...which will piss off the FBI. Furthermore, the FBI has now focused on State Dept. access through the Clinton Foundation.
Will see.

Compromising a SAP is an absolute disqualifier for public office and access to our nations most sensitive information - period. So is holding the executive office while STILL not a US citizen.
Laws do not affect the lawless, unless enforced.

Anyone who was in the Navy knows [besides the supply people who went to Leavenworth for stealing - often food] several Crypto techs or communications officers who were sent to Leavenworth for simple carelessness with sensitive material. Hillary wasn’t merely careless, she was recklessly indifferent to national security in ways that would have sent any ordinary person away for a very long time.

IIRC, she did not even have a state.gov address. Barky knew it too. He got emails from her all the time with hrc21@clintonemail.com. I wish some reporter would ask Barky why he never noticed a strange email address from his SoS?
