The Hillary Clinton campaign used a static noise machine to drown out the Democratic presidential frontrunner’s speech during a fundraiser in Colorado Thursday.
Stan Bush, a reporter for KCNC-TV CBS4 in Denver, was among several reporters staking out the fundraiser at the home of Gov. John Hickenlooper (D.).
Music could be heard at the event, which was held outside in a public neighborhood before Clinton was set to speak. The campaign then used a "large speaker pointed out into the street" to distort the sound so lingering reporters could not hear, according to Bush.

The white noise came from the “Just-us” machine.
This is a technique that was used at executions in medieval Europe.
If the condemned tried to cry out to the crowd, to make a speech that would be embarrassing to the Crown, a rank of drummers would be ordered to play a loud roll. The noise would drown out the words (or cries) of the condemned.
One can imagine that Hillary has other purposes in mind for this technique.
I invite you to imagine what the MSM would be saying if a Republican had done this.
The Clintons get an automatic ‘pass’ by the media on what’s ethical and what’s legal. Their corruption is so open and pervasive it’s not even newsworthy any longer. It’s part of who they are and their base embraces it.
Now a little more seriously, I was searching for white noise generators and saw various requirements for their use in a SCIF. So Hillary considers her conversations with donors to be above top secret, but actual top secret documents can be left on her open email server.
Given what her voice sounds like, they did the crowd a huge favor.
Liberal reporters will still kiss Clinton butt... it’s who they are...
Hillary: “Elect me and we shall all eat peasant.”
Campaign Manager: “Ummmm.....folks.....she misspoke. She meant to say ‘pheasant. We shall all eat pheasant.’ Just a slip of the lip.”
Hillary: “No, I meant peasant. Not birds. I’m talking about those things that vote and get in my way in the hallway. You know, peasants.”
That’s so very open and honest of them!

How ironic, considering Hitlery Clinton IS a "white noise generator." Nothing but noise comes out of that white woman's mouth - all nonsense, BS and lies, and nothing coherent.
