Wasn’t there some kind of scandal with some savings and loan thing connected with the government and kidnapping/raping little boys?

Is it a coincidence that he GOP started backing Cruz a week before NE broke the story?

I personally think not.

Hastert stayed in power not because of his political genius, but because the real powers had something on him. I have met Denny on several occasions, he was NOT a genius, I promise you that.. I have been “shaken down” by him and his staff. My company was denied bids because we weren’t “diverse enough” and a “diverse partner” was introduced to us, to help that problem.

We never got that state bid, nor any state bid after, and we stopped trying because our state stopped paying it’s bills.

The same as Cruz.

There is much more “deep throat” and Cruz is now a pawn.

Play ball or....

The name Franklin comes to mind, but I am not all that familiar with the story.

===The same as Cruz..

What I meant by the “same as Cruz” was not that I ever did a contract bid with him, I didn’t, but that he is “owned” by those who have the goods on him.

In other words... he will “play ball”

Yeah, well, people are not automatons. Hastert is responsible for his actions. And his actions are just that, his.

rule one.
only black mailable (at some level) individuals make it INTO the system.
period.

ONLY AN ABSOLUTE outsider with no bones in the closet can then be completely free from their power.

It seldom happens.
Cruz is being blackmailed as we speak, to behave the way he is. not by dems, or by trump... but by the GOPe.

His life is being destroyed and he is held hostage to obey his GOPMASTERS upon penalty of his family, his career or his criminal conviction of things, unknown to all but his GOPMASTERS.

The Cartel was not a joke. But they are like a singularity gravity well. And those who cannot be blackmailed, MUST NOT BE GIVEN POWER.
We are seeing it played out before our very eyes.

Well one thing’s for sure, Ted Cruz lives inside your, uh, “brain”.

So an unrelated thought or happening goes into your brain and mingles with the ever-present Ted Cruz and somehow all of us are supposed to “go stupid” and believe there’s a connection when none exists.

Fantasy.

You would love there to be something there but there isn’t.

You want it so bad you fantasize it then post that as though it means something.

It means zero.

Would you like it if someone did that to YOU?

I think not.

“Ah, the GOP establishment personified.”

Speaker for 8 years, 3rd in line for the Presidency.

His colleagues must have liked what he stood for.

The Franklin conspiracy was written by a former Nebraska state senator. It is a tough book to read, if even half of it is true it indicates that elites (regardless of party) are into child pedo rings and abuse them at will and cover it up by controlling the press and judicial system. The recent pedo island billionaire and his visitors got swept under the carpet as Clinton, British royalty, and Alan Dershowitz were all visitors. Slowly but surely more and more of this behavior is coming out from the victims in spite of the media blackouts to protect the perps like Hasert.

Is Roberts past the point where the odd Irish adoption of his kids can’t affect him as a point of blackmail?

I’ve been through a few Bakkers and Falwels.

I could be wrong, and I might be, but, if a knife cuts once, and it cuts twice, and then a third and seventh time, that knife might be sharp.

You guys go ahead and put all your eggs in your Jesus basket, me I’m not so convinced that Cruz is the second coming of Christ, and if he is, I think my God is going to forgive me for not recognizeing him as such, after all, he didn’t light a bush on fire or double the wine at his event.

But hey, my mom believed that buying Franklin Mint Jesus dishes and prayer candles would get her closer to heaven, and that gave her the will to live on, so who am I to dash your hopes?

You go for it. If Cruz gives you ever lasting life and redemption for your sins, well then by all means... pray on brother.

Thanks for the additional info on Franklin.

The scandal with the Belgium judiciary being into abuse of boys a few years ago opened my eyes to this sort of thing.

Some of the inexplicable votes in Congress and by the Supreme Court male me wonder if people are getting blackmailed regularly.

They pick and groom them because they are compromised and can be blackmailed. Easier to make them dance when needed.

Yes, what do they have on Judge Roberts?
The only time I saw Judge Roberts smile and look fully happy was years ago at his Swearing In ceremony. Since then, nothing but a blank, empty expression. It would not surprise me to read one day that Judge Roberts was found ‘with a pillow over his head’, a pillow he placed himself.
Some Faustian Deal has been made, in my opinion.

Swell....

This turd was my son's coach in his freshman year. Luckily, we moved out of Yorkville the next year.

But I always wondered why my son loved submarines so much he spent 14 years on 'em.
