The way it works in Colorado, the voters are involved in the process in only a minor way, and that was back at caucus time. Once we're at the state convention level, the voters are essentially out of the picture, we have a more-or-less random set of delegates and meta-delegates; and its down to delegates twisting one another's arms and allowing their arms to be twisted by candidates. If Cruz swept the delegates yesterday, it's because he was twisting arms yesterday. It sounds like Trump is trying to twist arms today.

You obviously weren’t at the assemblies you are referring to. He won because the delegates at the assemblies are overwhelmingly in favor of Cruz.
