We have actually been puzzled about why candidate Donald Trump was reluctant to present a very easy, factual and reasonable outline of how it is entirely possible for U.S. policy to incentivize Mexico to pay for the Southern Border Security Wall.
One of the reasons we’ve been puzzled, is simply because the process itself is very easy to initiate. Personally I think Trump is sandbagging on many of these solutions, preferring to hold back the substance of the policy proposals for the General Election.
However, today Donald Trump presented the simple outline (pdf below) and the liberal media is apoplectic.

So, they can send cash. Or send money orders. Or have a U.S. citizen act as a front. Among other end arounds.
All your 50 ways are illegal, and involve dealing with criminals who will take at least as much as the 25% the banks would, and no real guarantees the people in Mexico will ever receive the money. Or are they going to set up these transnational money laundering networks out of the goodness of their hearts? Nope, people will just continue to use the banks and give up the 25%.

And even if they were, the chances of enforcement would be near zero. Time to admit The Oompa-Loompa's plan isn't all that.
Companies in Canada are not subject to US laws.
If need be, one could transfer money to a company, person or organization in Canada. The wire service in the US would send to money to the company or even a person in Canada and that person or company would wire the money to Mexico.
No one in that process would be breaking an American law.
A person in the US is free to send money to someone in Canada.
A Canadian is free to send money to someone in Mexico.
Who other than criminals is going to be able to set up such a network? You think they won’t charge at least 25%? Human nature is people will use the easiest surest method and pay the price. Just like they use check cashing services and payday loans.

As a Wisconsin voter, I am sorely disappointed that Trump didn’t win WI.
I even got my husband to vote for Trump after he watched several Trump speeches and heard from Trump, about Trump.

Exactly. Sending money via WU is already fallible in that there is no protection for the sender. The idea that they would send it less directly and for more cost, makes little sense.
I ma not saying this is perfect but it is a start. There will be advisors and folks who have dealt with the financial world, who will know how to make it better.

Any electronic transfer is easy to track. Paypal Western union, etc.
Any check or money order has to come back to be cleared and then a fee can be placed on those transactions.
No different than a temporary toll.
Thanks for posting the Trump info. He will surely win NY state and that will be great to get us back on track. My state, Wisconsin, really blew it Tuesday. I was hopeful Trump would win WI.
