Former Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson said Sunday that Republican party leaders prefer Hillary Clinton to Donald Trump for president.
"The establishment Republicans would prefer to see someone like Hillary Clinton than they would Donald Trump," Carson said Sunday on "The Cats Roundtable," a radio show hosted by supermarket mogul John Catsimatidis on AM 970 in New York on Sunday.
After dropping out of the race for the Republican nomination Carson, a former neurosurgeon and promotional speaker, endorsed Trump, calling him a fellow outsider.
"The establishment in the Republican Party is scared out of their wits about the possibility of someone like Donald Trump," Carson said, "who they don't have control over."

No doubt...they wanna keep the corruption machine intact
I think Carson is correct.
Here is some of the evidence:
GOPe is in bed with the Democrats for a Hillary presidency.
See:
Tech billionaires (major Dem donors) plot with GOP leaders at exclusive island resort to stop Trump
They’ve all lost their tiny minds. Gawd...
Of course they would.
They’ve learned over the years how to maintain a comfortable lifestyle as the JV team of the Uniparty.
With Hillary! as president, the gravy train rolls on.
With Trump as president, there’s a distinct possibility he would derail the train, dynamite the tracks, and sow the whole thing to salt.
The neo-con artists and their open borders toadies are essentially democrats, and they would be perfectly comfortable with Clinton.
[”The establishment Republicans would prefer to see someone like Hillary Clinton than they would Donald Trump,” Carson said]
That is absolutely correct. They’re working the divide-and-conquer strategy through their operatives. Including paid ones, no doubt, right here on FR.
...and enter the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee.
Why? Because the GOP is more interested in keeping the status quo and their secure hold on their power than freedom for the American People. That is why the GOP
- DIDN’T want Reagan,
- didn’t mind Bush Sr. or Jr. because they are both socialists who would not disrupt the status quo or the GOPe secure hold on power,
- didn’t mind Bill Clinton,
- wanted Obama in both elections
- HATES Trump and not too sure about Cruz.
CRUZ/CLINTON
Scenario:
GOPe pour resources into anti-trump movements/pacs, hurts just enough he cannot win on first ballot, put up Ryan.
Clinton wins Dem Nomination, busted by DOJ and cannot run. Leaves Ryan vs Sanders in General - landslide for Sanders as all DJT people cross over to vote for him.
Just as many of us here already believed.
If I see that coming I am hoarding food.
But. It will be Hillary.
That’s because Clinton and the Republican elite’s/rulers are all have one thing in common, SOCIALISM
Plus with Hillary as president they can use the threat of Hillary and a democrat congress to blackmail conservatives into reelecting them.
“No doubt...they wanna keep the corruption machine intact”
Dittos to that.
They want all the perks with none of the responsibility, just sit back and complain.
Ben is correct. The GOPe plan is to lose to Hillary so they can keep their seat at the table. Losing to Hillary is far more preferable to them than Trump winning.
Finally it seems someone with the Trump team is getting it.
If they would have been watching FR they would have known this many months ago.
We have been talking about it ever since the beginning of the campaign season and actually before.
McCain gave the WH to Obama and so did Romney.
And it has been apparent for years that the next eGOP candidate will give the election to Clinton.
Wow, they can say they helped the first womyn become president.
It’s more about PC color/gender than it is who is would make the best president for the survival of our Constitutional Republic.
The wimpy eGOPers in power positions know they will get their same perk$ without having to make hard global decisions if they get Hillary elected.
What they don’t seem to know is that they will soon lose everything after Clinton wins the election.
